This flaw leads to exponential backtracking (ReDoS) when processing crafted HTTP or multipart headers, enabling denial of service attacks without requiring authentication or user interaction. Versions prior to 1.2.2, 1.3.1, and 1.4.0-dev are affected. The vulnerability impacts web applications that use this library to parse multipart/form-data streams, potentially causing service outages.
