CVE-2026-41860: CWE-326: Inadequate Encryption Strength in Cloud Foundry Foundation BOSHCVE-2026-41860
0

CVE-2026-41860 is a vulnerability in Cloud Foundry Foundation's BOSH prior to version 282. 1. 9 where inadequate encryption strength allows a local attacker to intercept and steal Basic-auth credentials or redirect UAA token requests via man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks. This is due to the hard-coding of OpenSSL::SSL::VERIFY_NONE in certain HTTP request methods, disabling proper SSL certificate verification. The vulnerability has a high severity with a CVSS score of 7. 1. A fix is available in BOSH version 282. 1. 9 or later.
