The vulnerability is located in the Time-Series Database component, specifically in the tsdb_lookup function of the cvt_model.rb file, where user input is not properly sanitized before being included in a SQL query. This allows an attacker with limited privileges to execute arbitrary SQL commands, potentially leading to data deletion or compromise. The issue has been addressed and patched in version 7.0.
