CVE-2026-53479: CWE-78: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') in Dell PowerProtect Data DomainCVE-2026-53479 0 Dell PowerProtect Data Domain contains an OS command injection vulnerability (CWE-78) in multiple versions including 7.7.1.0 through 8.7 and various LTS releases. A remote attacker with high privileges could exploit this to execute arbitrary commands as root, bypassing protection mechanisms. The vulnerability has a CVSS 3.1 score of 7.2 (high severity).
