0 OpenChamber 1.11.7 has an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to send a POST request to the /api/system/shutdown endpoint. This endpoint is registered before the authentication middleware, enabling attackers to terminate the server process and cause denial of service. The vulnerability affects all users regardless of UI_PASSWORD configuration and results in locking out legitimate remote users.
