This flaw allows any unauthenticated Socket.IO client to cause the server to make outbound HTTP requests to attacker-chosen destinations. The vulnerability arises from disabled authentication enforcement, a permissive CORS policy, and lack of URL validation, enabling persistent SSRF that triggers every 24 hours.
