CVE-2026-54529 is an improper input validation vulnerability in smithyhq sqladmin prior to version 0.27.1. The vulnerability allows an attacker to manipulate the sortBy query parameter in the ModelView.sort_query function to sort query results by columns that are not intended to be exposed, including related-model columns. This can lead to information exposure by revealing ordering of hidden data values. The issue is fixed in version 0.27.1.
