The plugin improperly handles attacker-controlled input by passing it directly into a shell-backed execSync() call without proper escaping of shell metacharacters like $() and backticks. This allows an attacker who can influence the exec tool's command parameter to execute arbitrary OS commands with the privileges of the plugin or gateway process.
