CVE-2026-57134 is an improper authentication vulnerability in MervinPraison PraisonAI versions 1.5.1 through 1.7.1. The vulnerability arises because the system's MCPSecurity.evaluatePolicy() function does not properly validate credentials for Basic and OAuth authentication methods, allowing any non-empty Authorization header to be accepted as authenticated. This flaw enables unauthorized access to MCP tools and resources protected by these policies. The issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.
