The WP CTA plugin for WordPress up to version 2.1.2 contains a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability via the 'sticky_s_media' parameter in imported JSON files. This vulnerability allows authenticated users with Administrator-level access to make arbitrary web requests from the server, potentially accessing internal services. The plugin uses file_get_contents() on user-supplied URLs validated only by FILTER_VALIDATE_URL, which does not block internal IP addresses.
