It involves an unbounded memory allocation in the ReceivedPacketCache::enqueuePacket() function triggered by a crafted UDP packet with the mUniquePacketID set to the maximum uint32 value. This causes the server to allocate excessive memory, leading to a crash due to an uncaught exception.
