CVE-2026-73159: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS or 'Cross-site Scripting') in MISP cti-transmuteCVE-2026-73159 0 CVE-2026-73159 is a medium severity cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the MISP cti-transmute product. The issue arises because user-supplied tag icon values are stored and later rendered into HTML using Vue's v-html directive, allowing crafted input to inject malicious HTML. This vulnerability affects versions up to and including 1.4.0. The vulnerability is mitigated by replacing v-html with Vue :class binding, constraining icon values to FontAwesome classes, and validating input on the backend before storage.
