CVE-2026-7425: CWE-125: Out-of-bounds Read in AWS FreeRTOS-Plus-TCPCVE-2026-7425 0 CVE-2026-7425 is an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the IPv6 Router Advertisement parser of AWS FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP versions prior to 4.2.6 and 4.4.1. An attacker on an adjacent network can send a specially crafted Router Advertisement with a truncated PREFIX_INFORMATION option, causing the device to crash and resulting in a denial of service. The vulnerability has a medium severity with a CVSS score of 6.5. AWS manages this vulnerability as a cloud service and has released fixed versions to address the issue.
