CVE-2026-7461: CWE-78 Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS command injection') in AWS Amazon ECS AgentCVE-2026-7461 0 CVE-2026-7461 is a high-severity OS command injection vulnerability in the Amazon ECS Agent on Windows versions prior to 1.103.0. It affects the FSx Windows File Server volume mounting component, allowing a remote authenticated attacker with specific permissions to execute commands with SYSTEM privileges. Exploitation requires permissions to register ECS task definitions or write credentials in Secrets Manager or SSM Parameter Store used by FSx volume configuration.
