CVE-2026-75600 is a high-severity vulnerability in FreePBX security-reporting prior to version 17.0.9. Authenticated users with access to the GraphQL API module can execute arbitrary shell commands due to improper validation of a host parameter used in shell command construction. The flaw allows command injection as the FreePBX service user. This issue has been patched in version 17.0.9.
