The agent incorrectly implements its authentication algorithm by returning a success response without a signed SAML assertion when the organization's policy specifies no MFA for a user. Instead of a cryptographically verifiable assertion, the response contains only a boolean validation indicator, leading to an unverifiable authentication verdict being sent to the relying application.
