0 A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in Apache bRPC's RTMP protocol implementation prior to version 1.18.0. This flaw allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service by crashing the server when a crafted createStream command is sent and the client closes the connection prematurely. The issue arises when the server rejects a createStream request, returns a null stream, and then attempts to access a member of the null pointer during error handling.
