0 VNote versions prior to 4.3.0 contain an OS command injection vulnerability in the handling of note paths. The vulnerability arises because note paths are wrapped in double quotes and inserted into command strings that are reparsed, allowing an attacker to inject additional arguments if the note filename contains a double quote. This can lead to arbitrary command execution when the configured external program supports command execution via arguments. The issue is fixed in version 4.3.0.
