CVE-2026-90580 is a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in FlowiseAI Flowise versions 3.0.0, 3.0.1, and 3.0.2. It affects the axios.post function in the Evaluations Endpoint, allowing remote attackers to manipulate the Host or X-Forwarded-Proto headers to induce SSRF. The vulnerability has a medium severity with a CVSS 4.0 score of 5.3. A fix is available in version 3.1.3. The affected versions are no longer supported by the maintainer.
