A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's network scheduler (net_sched) allows creation of classes with the reserved classid TC_H_ROOT (0xFFFFFFFF). This causes premature termination of backlog counter updates in the qdisc tree traversal, potentially leading to incorrect parent statistics and crashes in Deficit Round Robin (DRR) queuing disciplines.
