A vulnerability in keras-team/keras versions <= 3.14.0 allows arbitrary local HDF5 file content disclosure due to improper handling of HDF5… (CVE-2026-9335)CVE-2026-9335
0

Keras versions up to 3.14.0 contain a vulnerability that allows disclosure of arbitrary local HDF5 file contents. This occurs because the KerasFileEditor and keras.saving.load_weights functions do not properly handle HDF5 ExternalLinks, bypassing safety checks designed to reject them. Attackers can exploit this by supplying malicious HDF5-based files that reference external local files, leading to unauthorized data disclosure from the victim's filesystem.
