Server: Budibase: SSRF via DNS rebinding in the REST datasource integration
0

Budibase server versions up to 3.38.1 have a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability via DNS rebinding in the REST datasource integration. The vulnerability arises because the REST datasource uses undici's fetch, which ignores the IP pinning mechanism designed to prevent DNS rebinding attacks. An authenticated user able to configure REST datasources can exploit this to make the server send arbitrary HTTP requests to internal services, potentially accessing or modifying sensitive internal data. This issue bypasses protections introduced in a prior fix (CVE-2026-54353) and affects only the REST datasource integration path.
