The flaw allows an authenticated hub principal to escalate privileges to cluster-admin on every managed cluster by injecting an Impersonate-Group header. This occurs because the service-proxy appends impersonation group headers without removing caller-supplied values, and the spoke ServiceAccount has unrestricted impersonation permissions.
