A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in the cecho.php functionality of MedDream PACS Premium version 7.3.5.860. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to send specially crafted HTTP requests that can trigger SSRF, potentially leading to limited confidentiality, integrity, and availability impacts.
