The npm package bambang-nasipecel1-riris contains malicious code linked to a large-scale spam campaign associated with the tea.xyz token reward system. It includes autopublish scripts that automatically generate and publish numerous derivative packages with randomized Indonesian-themed names. The malicious payload modifies package metadata to remove privacy flags and increment version numbers, enabling continuous republishing to pollute the npm registry and artificially inflate developer reputation scores.
