The npm package eko-sambel78-riris contains malicious code linked to a large-scale spam campaign associated with tea.xyz token rewards. It includes autopublish scripts that generate and publish numerous derivative packages with randomized Indonesian-themed names. The malicious payload manipulates package.json files by removing private flags and altering version numbers to enable continuous republishing. This activity pollutes the npm registry and inflates developer reputation scores illegitimately.
