MAL-2026-10016: Malicious code in qlkube (npm) 0 The qlkube npm package version 1.0.0 contains malicious code that executes a preinstall script during installation. This script makes an outbound request to a Burp Suite Collaborator domain, confirming code execution on the installer's machine and leaking the installer's public IP and DNS resolver information. The package itself has no legitimate functionality and appears to be a dependency-confusion probe or targeted exploitation payload. Systems with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on those systems should be rotated immediately.
