MAL-2026-10098: Malicious code in fastify-addone (npm) 0 The fastify-addone npm package version 5.1.0 contains malicious code that executes attacker-controlled JavaScript when the package is required. It masquerades as the legitimate fastify-plugin package but includes a top-level script that decodes a base64 URL, fetches JSON from a third-party service, and evaluates its content, enabling remote code execution in the user's environment.
