MAL-2026-10150: Malicious code in ap3-components-ui (npm) 0 The npm package 'ap3-components-ui' version 9.999.0 contains malicious code that executes a preinstall hook to collect system identifiers including hostname, current directory, username, and public IP. This data is hex-encoded and exfiltrated via DNS queries to an attacker-controlled domain. The package is a dependency-confusion squat designed to override legitimate internal packages by using a sentinel high version number.
