Malicious code in twork-data-services-product-design-data (npm) 0 The npm package 'twork-data-services-product-design-data' version 20.1.5 contains malicious code that downloads and executes platform-specific binaries from obfuscated external domains. These binaries are saved to temporary directories with disguised filenames, given executable permissions, and launched in detached processes. The package also includes a secondary dropper disguised as a telemetry SDK using obfuscation techniques to evade static analysis. Any system with this package installed or running should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on the system must be rotated immediately. Removal of the package alone may not eliminate all malicious components due to potential full system compromise.
