This script collects detailed host identity information, including hostname, OS details, architecture, user identity, network IP addresses, Node.js version, and package identity. The collected data is sent to a hardcoded author-controlled endpoint via HTTPS, with a fallback to plaintext HTTP, exposing sensitive information on the network. The data collection and transmission occur without user consent or configuration options. No official patch or remediation guidance is provided.
