The npm package dolyame-boxy-independent-bnpl-info-images version 20.7.2 contains malicious code that, when imported, downloads and executes a covert binary payload from dynamically assembled Cloudflare and fallback hostnames. This payload is saved under decoy filenames in temporary directories and executed without any integrity verification. The package's advertised API is a no-op, with the real malicious activity triggered solely by importing the package. Systems with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on the affected system should be rotated from a secure environment.
