This routine downloads an unverified native binary from dynamically assembled and obfuscated worker.dev and wel1.ru subdomains, writes it to temporary directories with disguised filenames, sets executable permissions, and spawns it detached. The package's declared purpose and lack of dependencies do not align with this behavior, indicating malicious intent.
