Malicious code in checkout-get-pos-documents-am (npm) 0 The npm package 'checkout-get-pos-documents-am' version 35.8.7 contains malicious code that downloads and executes platform-specific binaries from obfuscated Cloudflare Workers subdomains or via a DNS-TXT covert channel. The binaries are written to temporary directories with masqueraded filenames, made executable, and launched detached from the parent process. No integrity checks are performed on the downloaded payloads. A secondary dropper is also embedded under an 'Analytics SDK' disguise. These behaviors indicate deliberate evasion and malicious intent.
