Malicious code in bnpl-blocks-analytics (npm) 0 The npm package bnpl-blocks-analytics version 35.3.8 contains malicious code that downloads and executes OS-specific binaries from obfuscated Cloudflare Workers hosts and fallback domains. These binaries are saved to temporary directories with disguised filenames, given executable permissions, and run without any signature or hash verification. The package includes a parallel dropper disguised as an analytics SDK that uses base64 decoding and similar execution techniques. Any system with this package installed or running should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on that system must be rotated. Removal of the package alone does not guarantee eradication of the malicious software. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/05/2026, 14:59:34 UTC Added: 08/06/2026, 18:17:18 UTC |
