Malicious code in dolyame-ui-select (npm) 0 The npm package dolyame-ui-select version 35.9.5 contains malicious code that, upon requiring the package, downloads and executes a platform-specific binary from remote command and control (C2) servers. The malware uses obfuscated hostnames and disguises payloads with cover-story identifiers such as 'analytics' and 'dotnet_diag'. It also employs a DNS TXT record covert channel as a fallback communication method. The malicious code persists by re-executing approximately every 20455 seconds. A second variant of the dropper is embedded in lib/telemetry.js under an 'analytics-sdk' cover story. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/05/2026, 15:10:18 UTC Added: 08/05/2026, 18:47:17 UTC |
