Malicious code in @zzzcrypto/solana-spl-token (npm) 0 The npm package @zzzcrypto/[email protected] is a malicious typosquatting package impersonating the legitimate @solana/spl-token. Upon loading, it collects environment variables and system information, encodes this data, and exfiltrates it via an HTTPS request to a Telegram bot controlled by the attacker. It also provides a stub API that returns random data instead of legitimate cryptographic material if the real package is not installed. This behavior risks leaking sensitive credentials such as AWS keys, GitHub tokens, and NPM tokens from developer and CI environments.
