Malicious code in docflow-cryptopro (npm) 0 The npm package 'docflow-cryptopro' version 35.1.6 is identified as malicious. Upon requiring its main module, it downloads and executes an opaque, platform-specific native binary from obfuscated Cloudflare Workers subdomains. This binary is fetched using covert DNS-TXT record channels, saved under decoy filenames, given execute permissions on POSIX systems, and launched detached from the main process. The package falsely advertises cryptographic functionality and mimics the CryptoPro brand but is unaffiliated and performs unauthorized code execution.
