Malicious code in damir-cbr-dawdntrnssbf (npm) 0 The npm package damir-cbr-dawdntrnssbf version 35.8.1 contains malicious code that downloads and executes a platform-specific binary from attacker-controlled infrastructure. This binary is fetched via a covert DNS TXT record fallback channel and executed with elevated permissions, evading static detection by reconstructing command-and-control hostnames at runtime.
