The package's index.js loads a helper script that fetches platform-specific payloads from attacker-controlled Cloudflare Workers endpoints and a fallback DNS-TXT domain. The downloaded binaries are saved to temporary directories with disguised filenames, made executable, and launched detached without any integrity verification. This behavior occurs immediately upon requiring the package, enabling remote code execution on the host system. There is no official patch or remediation guidance available.
