Malicious code in ded-pwa-c-boxy-di (npm) 0 The npm package ded-pwa-c-boxy-di version 35.2.2 contains malicious code that, when imported, automatically downloads and executes a binary payload from obfuscated remote endpoints without user interaction. The payload is fetched over HTTPS from Cloudflare Workers-hosted domains and a DNS-TXT base64 fallback channel, saved under disguised filenames, given executable permissions, and run detached on the host system. There is no verification of the downloaded payload's integrity or authenticity, increasing the risk of arbitrary code execution.
