Malicious code in @aerodrome-finance/contracts (npm) 0 The npm package @aerodrome-finance/contracts versions 1.0.0, 1.1.0, and 1.1.1 contains malicious code that executes automatically upon installation. This code harvests sensitive credentials and secrets from various common configuration and key storage locations on the host system, including AWS, SSH, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Google Cloud, Solana, and environment variables. The stolen data is then exfiltrated to a hardcoded external endpoint. The malicious code includes sandbox and honeypot evasion techniques to avoid detection during automated scans.
