Malicious code in @years18/n8n-nodes-utils-helper-a (npm) 0 The npm package @years18/n8n-nodes-utils-helper-a version 1.0.0 contains malicious code that executes both during installation and when imported. It appends an attacker-controlled SSH public key to authorized_keys files for multiple user accounts, enabling persistent remote access. Additionally, it downloads and executes a binary implant that connects to a command and control server. The package also collects system identity information and sends it to a remote server.
