Malicious code in typesript-cli (npm) 0 The 'typesript-cli' npm package version 1.0.0 is a malicious typosquatting package targeting users expecting the legitimate 'typescript' package. Upon installation, it decodes and downloads a Windows executable to the TEMP directory and runs it without verification. It also attempts to detect if running under WSL or virtualized Linux and executes a bridge launcher to run the payload on the Windows host, bypassing the Linux sandbox.
