Malicious code in anhn-cli (npm) 0 The npm package anhn-cli version 1.1.4 contains malicious code embedded in its install script. This code fetches and executes a payload controlled by an attacker via Ethereum blockchain transactions, using obfuscated JavaScript that dynamically retrieves and runs code from hosts derived from on-chain data. The malicious payload executes whenever the package is required or the CLI is invoked, with no version pinning or signature verification to prevent this behavior.
