Installing this package results in arbitrary code execution on the installer's machine due to unverified code fetched from https://repo.securityctrl.com. The package's index.js is inert, making the manifest the primary attack vector. Any system with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys on that system must be rotated from a separate, secure machine.
