The hyperliquid-composer npm package version 1.0.0 contains malicious code that collects the installer's username, hostname, and platform information and sends it to a hardcoded external Cloudflare Workers endpoint without user consent. This exfiltration occurs immediately upon requiring the module or invoking its CLI. The package name mimics legitimate Hyperliquid tooling, potentially deceiving users. Systems with this package installed should be considered fully compromised, and all secrets and keys should be rotated from a different machine. Removal of the package does not guarantee full remediation due to possible further compromise. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/31/2026, 18:02:51 UTC Added: 09/03/2026, 15:16:47 UTC |
