The npm package 'kartyk-github-token-pkg' versions 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 contain malicious code that can fully compromise any computer on which it is installed or running. The compromise potentially allows an attacker full control over the affected system. Immediate removal of the package and rotation of all secrets and keys from a different, uncompromised computer is strongly advised.
