The npm package '@insiderintelligence/googleadmanager' version 9.9.10 contains malicious code that executes during installation. The install script runs code that collects system information such as the username, hostname, and current directory name, then sends this data via a DNS query to an external domain. The package is a typosquatting attempt with no legitimate functionality matching its advertised purpose. The DNS beaconing behavior is obfuscated using hex-encoded strings.
