MAL-2026-6980: Malicious code in domains-billing-types (npm) 0 The npm package 'domains-billing-types' version 99.91.1 is identified as malicious. During installation, it executes a postinstall script that collects the installer's hostname and username and sends this information via a DNS lookup to an attacker-controlled domain. The package has no legitimate functionality and appears to be a dependency confusion probe designed to confirm successful resolution of internal package namespaces by exfiltrating environment details without user consent.
